Football Recap: Valley View Starts off Right with Win over West Valley

Valley View took care of business in their home opener on Friday. They walked away with a 29-18 win over the West Valley Mustangs. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Jesse Vega threw for 111 yards and a pair of TDs. Damien Randin was his top target, picking up 55 receiving yards and one touchdown.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Valley View will host Vista del Lago at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Valley, they will be playing at home against La Sierra at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
