Softball Recap: Glades Central Comes Up Short

Glades Central lost against Royal Palm Beach back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Raiders lost 18-7 to the Wildcats.

Glades Central saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ny'Ajah Intervol, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one triple. That hit was Intervol's first of the season.

Glades Central has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6 record this season. As for Royal Palm Beach, their record now sits at 3-8.

Looking ahead, Royal Palm Beach will square off against American Heritage at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Wildcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Stallions have averaged an impressive 11 runs per game this season. Glades Central will be paying especially close attention to Royal Palm Beach's match: after Royal Palm Beach faces off against American Heritage, they'll take on Glades Central again at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
