Volleyball Recap: White Lake Takes a Loss

White Lake was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Wausau East Lumberjacks.

Arianna Boyd paced White Lake's offense, picking up four kills. Boyd got some help from Madalynn Wickersheim and her two assists. Kianna Boyd controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

White Lake's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Wausau East, with the victory, they broke their three-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-17.

White Lake didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Colby on the 27th. As for Wausau East, they will be playing in front of their home fans against D.C. Everest at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
