Vandegrift extended their postseason success on Saturday against Southlake Carroll. They walked away with a 24-17 win over the Southlake Carroll Dragons. The victory was familiar territory for the Vipers who have now won 14 matchups in a row.

Southlake Carroll's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brock Boyd, who picked up 178 receiving yards and one touchdown. Another passer making a difference was Angelo Renda, who threw for 351 yards and two touchdowns.

Vandegrift's win bumped their record up to 15-1. As for Southlake Carroll, the loss snapped their winning streak at 15 games and leaves them with a 15-1 record.
