Volleyball Recap: Raleigh Takes a Loss

Raleigh was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mize Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Bulldogs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Raleigh's defeat dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Mize, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season.

Raleigh will be playing in front of their home fans against Jefferson Davis County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mize, they will challenge Clarkdale at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
