Lancaster Christian Academy skates past Tennessee Heat with ease

Recap: Lancaster Christian Academy Knights vs. Tennessee Heat

Make it five blowout wins for the Lancaster Christian Academy Knights this season. They blew past Tennessee Heat 67-39 at home. The win was some much needed relief for Lancaster Christian Academy as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Lancaster Christian Academy was led to victory by Lleyton Logel and Josh Whitt. Logel scored 17 points along with two steals, while Whitt scored 26 points along with seven rebounds. That makes it four consecutive games in which Whitt has scored at least a third of Lancaster Christian Academy's points. Another player making a difference was Dizzle Bragg, who scored six points along with six rebounds and three steals.

Lancaster Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 9-5. As for Tennessee Heat, their loss dropped their record down to 11-13.

Lancaster Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Upper Cumberland at 2:30 p.m. on January 13th. Tennessee Heat's road trip will continue as they head out to face University School of Nashville at 7:30 p.m. on January 12th.
