Lake Zurich extended their postseason success on Thursday against Glenbrook South. They had just enough and edged out the Titans 2-1. Winning may never get old, but the Bears sure are getting used to it with their 11th in a row.

Among those leading the charge was Dominic Genovese, who had eight digs and one block. Those eight digs gave him a new career-high.

When it comes to explaining why Glenbrook South lost, don't look at Isaiah Paek. Despite the final result, he had eight digs and one assist.

Lake Zurich's victory bumped their record up to 35-3. As for Glenbrook South, with the defeat, they broke their ten-game winning streak and moved their record to 26-12.

Coming up, Lake Zurich will square off against New Trier at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Trevians will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the Bears surely won't give up without a fight. Glenbrook South does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
