Football Recap: Crestwood Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Crestwood suffered their biggest loss since September 27, 2024 on Friday. They were beaten by the Berkshire Badgers 36-8. The Red Devils haven't had much luck with the Badgers recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

Berkshire had a senior duo take command as Ayden Wiser rushed for 110 yards and two scores on only nine carries and Sam Barcikoski rushed for 105 yards on only 12 carries. Those 105 rushing yards set a new season-high mark for Barcikoski. Cameron Beam was in the mix too, providing Berkshire with one touchdown.

Crestwood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Berkshire, the win got them back to even at 4-4.

Coming up, Crestwood will square off against Kirtland at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Red Devils will need to watch out since the Hornets have now posted at least 31 points in their last seven contests. As for Berkshire, they will welcome Wickliffe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Blue Devils' defense has only allowed 12.1 points per game this season, so the Badgers' offense will have their work cut out for them.
