Reeds Spring has gone a perfect 4-0 against Spokane recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Wolves will venture away from home to take on the Owls at 5:00 p.m. Reeds Spring will be strutting in after a win while Spokane will be coming in after a loss.

Reeds Spring lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Buffalo, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Tuesday's match. The Wolves were the clear victors by a 17-0 margin over the Bison on Tuesday. The Wolves' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Meanwhile, Spokane fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against New Covenant Academy on Tuesday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 7-6. The defeat continues a trend for the Owls in their meetings with the Warriors: they've now lost four in a row.

Reeds Spring's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Spokane, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Reeds Spring beat Spokane 7-4 in their previous matchup back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Wolves since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
