Yulee's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 45-21 margin over the Fernandina Beach Pirates. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Yulee smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 23 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in 11 consecutive contests dating back to last season.

The win got Yulee back to even at 1-1. As for Fernandina Beach, their loss was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
