Football Recap: Meadowcreek Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Meadowcreek played a tough matchup on Thursday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They were dealt a 69-30 defeat at the hands of the Parkview Panthers. The Mustangs have struggled against the Panthers recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Despite the loss, Meadowcreek still got an impressive performance from Yourhinest Carter, who threw for 228 yards and two touchdowns, and also punched in a pair of TDs on the ground. A healthy portion of Carter's aerial production (91 yards to be exact) went to Tyree Thomas.

Zandon Mullins produced another solid performance rushing for 239 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 12.0 yards per carry for Parkview. Mullins has become a key player for the Panthers: the team is 4-2 when he posts at least 80 rushing yards, but 0-4 otherwise. Brandon Paris also helped out as he racked up 100 rushing yards.

Meadowcreek's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Parkview, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

As of now, neither Meadowcreek nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
