Ross is 8-2 against Clay since January of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Ross Little Giants will host the Clay Eagles at 7:15 p.m.

On Tuesday, Ross was beaten by Perrysburg 62-29.

Meanwhile, Clay entered their tilt with Toledo Christian on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They snuck past the Eagles with a 54-49 victory.

Ross better keep an eye on Brynn Reiter. She was instrumental in Clay's win, going 7 of 16 on her way to 20 points in addition to five boards and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Grace Toth, who posted 11 points and three steals.

Ross' defeat dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Clay, their win ended a seven-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 3-2.

Everything came up roses for Ross against Clay when the teams last played back in February, as the team secured a 71-27 victory. Does Ross have another victory up their sleeve, or will Clay turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
