Arbor View has gone a perfect 5-0 against Basic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Aggies will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against the Wolves at 6:30 p.m. Arbor View has given up an average of 53.6 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Arbor View is headed into the game out to prove that what happened against Del Sol on Wednesday (when they were outscored in every quarter) was just a minor bump in the road. The Aggies had to suffer through a 72-35 loss at the hands of the Dragons. The Aggies have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Basic came up short against Boulder City on Thursday and fell 38-29. The matchup marked the Wolves' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Arbor View will need to focus on slowing down Kiyan Thomas, one of several Basic players who made an impact when they last played. She posted 11 points. Another player making a difference was Kiara Guerra, who scored eight points.

Arbor View now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Basic, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-2.

Arbor View took their win against Basic when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a conclusive 59-38 score. Do the Aggies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Wolves turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
