Basketball Game Preview: William Penn Colonials vs. Howard Wildcats

William Penn hasn't had much luck against Howard recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The William Penn Colonials will be home for the holidays to greet the Howard Wildcats at 5:00 p.m.

William Penn is headed into the matchup having just suffered their biggest defeat since January 23rd on Tuesday. They were beaten by Sanford 55-13. The Colonials have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Howard had to kick off their season on the road on Wednesday, but they showed no ill effects. They strolled past Hodgson Vo-Tech with points to spare, taking the game 43-28.

Things could have been worse for William Penn, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-41 loss to Howard in their previous matchup back in December of 2023.
