Baseball Recap: Elysian Fields Takes a Loss

Elysian Fields fell victim to Harleton and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 10-0 to the Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Yellowjackets have suffered since February 27th.

This is the second loss in a row for Elysian Fields and nudges their season record down to 7-13. As for Harleton, they are on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 12 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Elysian Fields will take on Overton at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Mustangs will roll in looking for their eighth straight win, something the Yellowjackets surely won't give up without a fight. As for Harleton, they will square off against Carlisle at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
