Volleyball Recap: Tri-Point Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Tri-Point lost against Grant Park back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Chargers fell just short of the Dragons by a score of 2-1. While the Chargers didn't get the win, they did start the game off strong, beating the Dragons 25-19 in the first set.

Tri-Point started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 19-25, 25-21, 25-23.

Khloe Miller-Dyrby paced Tri-Point's offense, picking up ten kills. Miller-Dyrby got some help from Rachel Darda and her 19 assists. Finally, Maddie McNeill kept Tri-Point's defense grounded, leading the team with seven blocks.

Tri-Point has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. As for Grant Park, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-10.

Tri-Point has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Clifton Central on the 25th. As for Grant Park, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Momence on the 25th.
