After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Chaffey, Miller was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Arroyo Valley Hawks with a sharp 16-10 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Rebels needed considering they were shutout in their previous matchup.

MERAY SANCHEZ made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run over four innings pitched. SANCHEZ was also big at the plate, scoring two runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-4. The dominant performance also gave her a new career-high in RBI (two).
