Volleyball Recap: Crete-Monee Takes a Loss

Crete-Monee was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Chicago Mt. Carmel Caravan.

While Crete-Monee had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-21.

Crete-Monee's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Chicago Mt. Carmel, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Crete-Monee wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Shepard on the 5th. As for Chicago Mt. Carmel, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Stagg on the 5th.
