Skyridge played in-conference for the first time on Wednesday and got just the result they were looking for. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the Lone Peak Knights. This was a revenge game for the Falcons: when they faced off against the Knights last Tuesday, they had to take a 10-7 loss.

Hank Grover was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-3.

Skyridge moved to 8-6 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Lone Peak, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-8 record this season.

Skyridge will have a chance to go back-to-back against Lone Peak: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
