Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Mathews). They breezed past the King & Queen Central Royal Tigers to the tune of 86-48 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 80-60 back in January.

Despite the loss, King & Queen Central still got an impressive performance from Gerard Hill, who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 rebounds. That was a full 50% of King & Queen Central's points, marking the eighth time in a row he's posted more than a third of the team's points. Ayden Gibson was another key player, putting up 15 points.

Mathews is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 14-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 68.5 points over those games. As for King & Queen Central, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-10.
