While Grant Park's win against Bishop McNamara wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Dragons had just enough and edged out the Fightin' Irish 3-2 on Saturday. The victory was some much needed relief for Grant Park as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

They hit Bishop McNamara with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Aiden Overbeek, Sam Cordes, and Dirk VanDrunen.

The win was their first at home , bumping their record up to 2-5. As for Bishop McNamara, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.

Looking ahead, Grant Park is taking a road trip to take on Beecher at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Grant Park will need to watch out since Beecher have now posted at least four goals in their last three matchups. As for Bishop McNamara, they will face off against Manteno at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
