After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bellbrook, Franklin was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They put the hurt on the National Trail Blazers with a sharp 3-0 win. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Blazers, too.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-9, 25-17, 25-9.

Megan Rogers paced Franklin's offense, picking up 19 kills. Rogers also shared the team's lead in assists with Olivia Truesdell: they picked up 14 each. Truesdell was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Franklin's victory ended a three-match drought at home and bumped them up to 9-7. As for National Trail, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-12.

Looking ahead, Franklin will take on Ross at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for National Trail, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Ansonia at 7:00 p.m.
