Baseball Recap: Gregori Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Gregori can now relate to. They fell just short of the Rocklin Thunder by a score of 6-4 on Wednesday. The Jaguars just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Gregori's defeat dropped their record down to 17-11. As for Rocklin, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 22-6.

Gregori does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Rocklin, they will square off against Turlock at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Thunder 2.7, the Bulldogs 3) so any runs scored will be well earned.
