The Dohn Community Panthers will kick their season off against the Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool Trailblazers on Tuesday. Tip off is scheduled at 7:30 p.m.

On Saturday, Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool came up short against HEA Firebirds HomeSchool and fell 59-47. While losing is never fun, the Trailblazers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 290th in Ohio, while HEA Firebirds HomeSchool are ranked eighth in Michigan).

Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool now has a losing record at 7-8.

As for Dohn Community, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished 0-3.

Dohn Community took a serious blow against Cincinnati Trailblazers HomeSchool in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, falling 63-25. Thankfully for Dohn Community, Elias Strasser (who dropped a double-double on 24 points and ten boards) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
