Soccer Game Preview: Brookland-Cayce vs. Gilbert

For the second straight game, Brookland-Cayce will face off against Gilbert. The Bearcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Indians at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Brookland-Cayce has given up an average of 2.5 goals per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Brookland-Cayce lost 5-1 to Gilbert on Tuesday. Brookland-Cayce haven't had much luck with Gilbert recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

The win made it two in a row for Gilbert and bumps their season record up to 9-2. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored nine goals over those two matchups. As for Brookland-Cayce, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-7.
