Volleyball Game Preview: Pacifica Christian Tritons vs. Western Christian Fighting Lancers

The Pacifica Christian Tritons will face off against the Western Christian Fighting Lancers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.

On Tuesday, Pacifica Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Southlands Christian and fell 3-2.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Western Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over Capistrano Valley Christian on Tuesday.

While Western Christian won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-17, 25-22.

Western Christian's win was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-5. As for Pacifica Christian, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.
