Soccer Game Preview: Tioga vs. South Beauregard

The Tioga Indians will take on the South Beauregard Knights at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Tioga's defense heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Natchitoches Central, sneaking past 1-0.

Meanwhile, South Beauregard fell victim to St. Louis Catholic and their airtight defense on Monday. 2025 welcomed they with a 5-0 loss courtesy of the Saints. The Knights have struggled against the Saints recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

South Beauregard's defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-1. As for Tioga, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6-1 record this season.
