While Ada put up plenty of runs on Thursday, the same can't be said for Columbus Grove. Ada put the hurt on Columbus Grove with a sharp 11-0 victory. Ada might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine contests by ten runs or more this season.

Ada is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.8 runs on average over those games. As for Columbus Grove, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6.

Coming up, Ada will welcome Ridgemont at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Bulldogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Golden Gophers have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season. As for Columbus Grove, they will face off against Liberty-Benton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
