Baseball Recap: Ray Takes a Loss

Ray came into their game on Saturday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 7-0 to the Pusch Ridge Christian Academy Lions.

Ray's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Looking ahead, Ray will head out to challenge San Manuel at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Miners will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last. As for Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 7-3 defeat against Rio Rico on the 28th.
