Arp came tearing into Thursday's contest with eight straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against Non Varsity Tournament Opponent. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win on Thursday.

Arp's offense was headlined by Kinley Schminkey and Kaitlynn Raymond, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Emma Nugent and her 14 assists. She and Raymond didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with two apiece.

Arp's win bumped their record up to 15-9.

Looking ahead, Arp will take on Lovelady in a tournament on Friday. As for Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, they will be taking part in a tournament against Royal at 4:20 p.m. on Thursday.
