Baseball Recap: Granby Comes Up Short

Granby lost against South Hadley back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Rams lost 19-1 to the Tigers. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Granby saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Brodie Funk, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one run.

Granby's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for South Hadley, they moved to 6-7 with that win, which also ended their four-game losing streak.

Coming up, Granby will take on Pathfinder RVT at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for South Hadley, they will face off against Wahconah Regional at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
