Softball Recap: Classical Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Classical's offense. They came up short against the Rogers Vikings on Tuesday, falling 10-0. The loss continues a trend for the Lady Purple/Athena in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost four in a row.

Classical's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Rogers, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Classical is set to square off against their familiar foe Cranston East at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Rogers will take on rival Mt. Pleasant at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
