Baseball Recap: Horton Comes Up Short

Horton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They came up short against the Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy Ravens, falling 19-6. Unfortunately, that's the first time they've come up short against the Ravens this season, with their most recent loss being a 24-2 defeat on Monday.

Horton's loss dropped their record down to 1-16. As for Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy, the victory snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 7-8 record.

Horton has already played their next match (against Troy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy will be paying especially close attention to the Chargers' game: after the Chargers face off against the Trojans, they'll take on Atchison-Maur Hill-Mount Academy again.
