Volleyball Recap: Liberty Christian Academy Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Liberty Christian Academy can now relate to. They came up short against the Village Christian Academy Knights on Thursday, falling 3-0.

While Liberty Christian Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the second set. The final score came out to 25-6, 25-23, 25-17.

Liberty Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Village Christian Academy, the victory was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-3.

Liberty Christian Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Village Christian Academy, they will challenge Gaston Day at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
