Volleyball Recap: Steeleville Takes a Loss

Steeleville lost against Trico back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Warriors fell just short of the Pioneers by a score of 2-1. The Warriors have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Josey Czapla paced Steeleville's offense, picking up seven kills. Czapla got some help from Elly Buch and her 11 assists.

Steeleville's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for Trico, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.

Steeleville has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against New Athens on the 30th. As for Trico, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Wesclin on the 30th.
