Arroyo entered their tilt with San Lorenzo on Saturday with six consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with seven. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Grizzlies 68-6. The game marked the Dons' most dominant win of the season.

Jonah Shelton was a one-man wrecking crew as he threw for 191 yards and five TDs while completing 72.7% of his passes. Those five passing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Robert Mcgehee was Shelton's top target, picking up 68 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Arroyo's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB three times. The team can thank three different players for their defensive prowess: Jordan Nguyen, Jason Cordova, and Austin Celzo, who each picked up one sack apiece. Arroyo received some extra help from Marcell Usher, whose fumble return for a touchdown made for one of the most unforgettable moments.

Special teams was a major factor in the game for Arroyo, racking up 14 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Ricky Wyatt, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

Arroyo's victory bumped their record up to 8-2. As for San Lorenzo, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-6-1.

Arroyo wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, a 54-14 defeat against Ferndale on the 15th. San Lorenzo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
