Soccer Recap: Fernley Comes Up Short

Fernley lost against Sparks back in November of 2018, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Vaqueros came up short against the Railroaders, falling 6-0. Fernley have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fernley's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Sparks, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Looking ahead, Fernley will venture away from home to square off against Debbie Smith CTE Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Sparks, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Bishop Gorman on the 16th.
