Volleyball Recap: Riverdale's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Riverdale came into Saturday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Evangelical Christian Eagles on Saturday.

Montanna Arel paced Riverdale's offense, picking up eight kills. Arel got some help from Abby Zimmerman and her 16 assists.

The victory got Riverdale back to even at 3-3. As for Evangelical Christian, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.

Riverdale wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Summertown on the 23rd. As for Evangelical Christian, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 victory against Sycamore on the 23rd.
