Basketball Recap: Chincoteague Takes a Loss

Chincoteague was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They took a hard 47-29 fall against the Nandua Warriors. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 39-21 back in January.

Chincoteague's loss dropped their record down to 1-11. As for Nandua, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.

Chincoteague does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Nandua, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Pocomoke at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
