Volleyball Recap: Manawa Triumphs

The Manawa Wolves earned a 2-0 win over the Mishicot Indians on Tuesday.

Seeger Alayna paced Manawa's offense, picking up four kills. Alayna were helped by Krueger Katelyn and Elmhorst Abby, who contributed five assists each. Katelyn was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

The victory got Manawa back to even at 2-2. As for Mishicot, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Coming up, Manawa will face off against New London at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mishicot, they will take on Kiel at 10:00 a.m. on Friday.
