Ashley Phillips has brought in more RBI than anyone else on the Thornwood team this season and she led the team again on Friday. Phillips wasn't messing around, going a perfect 5-for-5 with one home run, four stolen bases, and six RBI. The game was her third straight with two or more stolen bases.

Phillips and Thornwood will head out to face off against Kankakee at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Phillips had to take a loss the last time the two teams duked it out, losing their contest back in April of 2024 15-0. Could another big game from her be enough to change the outcome this time?
