Soccer Recap: Green Hope Comes Up Short

While losing is never fun, Green Hope can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina soccer rankings (they are ranked 296th, while Apex are ranked 70th).

Green Hope's defeat dropped their record down to 1-10-2. As for Apex, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-2-2.

Green Hope didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-1 win against Cary on the 14th. As for Apex, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Holly Springs on the 14th.
