Softball Recap: St. Croix Falls Saints vs. River Falls Wildcats
St. Croix Falls lost against River Falls back in May of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The St. Croix Falls Saints suffered a tough 16-4 loss at the hands of the River Falls Wildcats. St. Croix Falls has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Claire Bradt was cooking despite her team's loss, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-2.
St. Croix Falls now has a losing record at 1-2. As for River Falls, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-3.
St. Croix Falls will be playing in front of their home fans against Northwestern at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for River Falls, they will head out on the road to square off against Eau Claire North at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
