Spencer County had won three straight at home, but on Tuesday they bumped their record up to 17-5 to make it four. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Anderson County Bearcats. The win continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Bearcats: they've now won four in a row.

As for Anderson County, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last 11 matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season. They just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

For Anderson County's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Austin Case, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI. JD Cole also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
