Raceland and Greenup County are an even 5-5 against one another since April of 2019, but likely not for long. The Rams are taking a road trip to challenge the Musketeers at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Raceland came out on top against Russell on Tuesday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run first inning. The Rams took their contest against the Red Devils 11-6. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Red Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, it may have taken nine innings to finish the job, but Greenup County ultimately got the result they hoped for on Tuesday. They skirted past Notre Dame 4-3.

Raceland's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-6. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Greenup County, their victory bumped their record up to 19-3.

Raceland suffered a grim 12-0 defeat to Greenup County in their previous matchup back in April. Can the Rams avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
