Soccer Recap: Giles' Undefeated Season over After Three Games

After flying high against Grayson County last Thursday, Giles came back down to earth. Giles came up short against the Auburn Eagles on Monday, falling 4-0. The defeat continues a trend for Giles in their meetings with Auburn: they've now lost four in a row.

Having lost for the first time this season, Giles fell to 2-1. As for Auburn, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Giles will face off against Radford at 7:15 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Auburn, they will square off against Floyd County at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
