After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Melbourne Central Catholic, Bayside was happy to have turned things around on Wednesday. They skirted past the Titusville Terriers 5-4. The victory continues a trend for the Bears in their matchups with the Terriers: they've now won three in a row.

Bayside's win was truly a team effort as six different players contributed at least one hit. One of them was Alex Brzuchalski, who scored a run while going 1-for-2. Another was Ryan Ramroop, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI.

Bayside's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Titusville, their loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 8-12.

Coming up, Bayside will host Brevard HEAT at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Firehawks have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 10.72 runs per game on average), something the Bears will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Titusville, they will head out on the road to take on Heritage at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Terriers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Panthers have averaged an impressive 7.5 runs per game this season.
