Softball Recap: Roosevelt Takes a Loss

Roosevelt fell victim to Hewlett and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Bulldogs, falling 16-0. Having soared to a lofty 16 runs in the game before, the Roughriders' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Roosevelt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Hewlett, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.

Roosevelt does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Hewlett, they will face off against Westbury at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
