Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Brody Patrisso stepped things up a notch to give Honesdale the 'W'. Patrisso didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit over seven innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Honesdale is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 5-10 otherwise.

Coming up, Patrisso and Honesdale will face off against Holy Cross at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Hornets got just the result they wanted when they last faced the Crusaders thanks in part to Patrisso: he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out seven over five innings pitched.
