After a string of four wins, Foster's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 50-33 bruising from the Barbers Hill Eagles. While losing is never fun, the Falcons can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 517th, while the Eagles are ranked 232nd).

Foster's defeat dropped their record down to 12-12. As for Barbers Hill, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Foster will face off against Fulshear at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. Fulshear will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Foster surely won't give up without a fight. As for Barbers Hill, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Beaumont United at 1:00 p.m.
